The term 'natural' when discussing pink diamonds, or any coloured diamonds, means the colour of the diamond has been bestowed by nature, that is the pink diamond has been taken from the earth in it's natural state and is graded, cut and polished without any treatment from man and is therefore in it's natural state.

Pink diamonds that are not natural, but rather that are treated, will not have the same high value as natural pink diamonds.
