Argyle is the world’s main source of pink diamonds. The argyle diamond mine is situated in the east Kimberley region of Western Australia. The mine's diamond production accounts for about one quarter of the worlds natural diamond production, pink diamonds being argyle's speciality.

The four categories of colour that Argyle pink diamonds are put into are pink, purplish pink, brownish pink and pink champagne. These pink diamonds are graded 1P-8P according to their colour from very faint to very intense. 1P being very intense.

Argyle does not only mine pink diamonds, but also white and champagne diamonds. These diamonds are then sorted and processed and then cut and polished from rough to polished diamonds which are sold all around the world.

Argyle Pink diamonds are very unique and are only available in small quantities. They are therefore are considered extremely valuable.
